Mouse and Keyboard not working at the same time.

Hi, I am trying to get this mouse and keyboard to work when playing first shooter game. My problem is when am trying to shoot a player while using the keyboard like moving around and the left mouse button to shoot, the game does not shoot. Why is that? My mouse is from razer synapse However when i remove aster, the game play fine..

AAPThreshold setting should help.
Apply it for each user who works on a PC.

You have to apply "AAPThreshold" in all workplaces and check.
