Windows explorer crashes when a file is copied

Everytime a file is copied from one folder to another, whole explorer crashes in the one of the machines

Look for Explorer crash entries in the system log. The program causing the crash may be listed there. It may be some kind of add-on for the explorer, which adds new functions to it (for example, menus, etc.)
