I got the following message:

ASTER start problem 2 (-10).
ASTER internal error.
Reboot the computer and try to start ASTER again.
Please contact ASTER support team if rebooting doesn't help.

Could you help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,
You should apply the oldboot setting:

Run ASTER as admin then go to Workplaces tab->Right click on the system image ->Special settings->oldboot->Apply

After applying, You need to disable ASTER, restart PC, enable ASTER again, and run workplaces.

Also, it is necessary to disable the Secure Boot option in the BIOS.
