2.26 and .1 with AMD/ATI cards

I was running an HIS 6950 and an Asus Geforce GTX 1050 and was getting constant freezing.
Removing the 1050 I still had a freeze so I figured something was wrong with the 6950.
I removed that and defaulted to the built ATI Radeon HD 4290 in the motherboard so I can maintain 3 displays.
It was fine for a couple of days it seemed but the same freezing popped up again.
Reliability Monitor says it is the AMD/ATI software that is stopped working when the freeze happens.
When I removed the 6950 I cleaned both the NVidia and AMD drivers with DDU.

Is anyone else having similar problems with their AMD/ATI cards? It may just be some people like me who are using older type GPU's.

I am currently running all 3 monitors with Aster disabled and have stayed on longer than with it on.
