Check if there are any pendingtime shooter 2 Windows updates and install them to see if it solves the issue.
Try resetting or repairing the Microsoft Store.
Troubleshoot your game controller by testing it on the Test tab of the Properties window.
I think that they will be helpful for you.

Re: Gamepad problem with Aster and microsoft store games
A few things to try:
1. **Assign the gamepad exclusively to Workstation 2** in Aster's device assignment settings, rather than sharing it between stations.
2. If using a USB hub, plug each controller directly into a port and assign it to its respective workstation.
3. Check if enabling "exclusive input mode" per workstation resolves the conflict.
If the issue persists after exclusive assignment, it may be a USB arbitration bug specific to Xbox input drivers under Aster. Worth submitting a support ticket to IBIK with your Aster version and Windows build.
Re: Gamepad problem with Aster and microsoft store games
The fix is to assign each gamepad exclusively to its respective workstation (USB passthrough / device assignment) instead of sharing it, and avoid letting both sessions compete for the same input devices. This ensures each session keeps independent control without one workstation overriding the other.
