I am using an iBik device and have problems connecting to my Android phone. The app sometimes does not recognize the device or loses connection after a short while. I have tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the app and checking Bluetooth access but it still does not fix the problem. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Is there a way to ensure a stable connection between iBik and the phone?
Thanks!

What IBIK device are you referring to?
ASTER is a software program and not a hardware device.

Ensure there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that might be causing interference.

What model Android phone are you using? Have you checked to see if your phone's Bluetooth is up to date or if there has been a recent software update?

You might also try clearing your Bluetooth cache in Android settings—it helped me when my device kept disconnecting randomly. Hope it works for you too!

If your phone is in power-saving mode, it may limit Bluetooth functionality. Try disabling it to see if that improves the connection.

Have you contacted Microsoft? I think that your systems specifications are perfect except the fact that you havent mentioned the graphic card and sound card.
