[NEW METHOD AVAILABLE. THERE IS NO NEED FOR THIS. LOOK INTO NEW COMMENT ON THIS POST]

(Before you do this first open lol and update don't close it. You have to do this after each update. )
(Update will remove the symlink. So first go into the necessary directory and remove the 3333.exe and start all over again. )

I solved this problem today. So i wanted to help you guys out. Its really simple just follow my instructions.

First install symlinker from github. (Standalone executable is enough for us.)

Then you have to create 2 seperate folder for Leauge of Legends;

Mines are;
D:\Riot Games\League of Legends
and
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends

Then go to this directory;
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game

(Be aware this path can change in the future. Don't copy this directory. This is just a example of mine.)

And change the League of Legends.exe to 3333.exe (you can choose whatever you wan't just rename it. :D )

Open symlinker and choose "File symbolic link" from dropbox.

First textbox is need to be ;
"C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game"
And the name box is "League of Legends.exe"

then the Destination folder is our 3333.exe path.
("C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\3333.exe")

Choose Symbolic Link then click "Create Link" button.

Okey we done here. Follow the same instruction for each seperate lol folders.

Now you can play Lol from your already open client.
D:\Riot Games\League of Legends (Or C:\)
and enjoy. I tried today and it's working. I hope RIOT don't broke it in the future.

And lastly sorry about my english :) I'm not native speaker :D And i'm just trying to help ! :)

Good news guys. There is no need for symlink any more. Just split the League of Legends folders. Like this;

C:\Riot Games\League of Legends

D:\Riot Games\League of Legends

(i think it can be on the same drive either. )

Use the following method to start the multiple game LoL:

1. At each workplace, the game should be launched from a separate folder.
Follow these steps for one of the copies of the game:
2. Copy the League Of Legends.exe file to a separate directory and rename it, for example, to 333.exe
3. Delete the “League Of Legends.exe” file from the “Game” folder and create a symbolic link using mklink. The link name should be League Of Legends.exe and it should refer to the file 333.exe.
Now when you want to start the second game, first run the launcher (client.exe), then create a link and launch the game. Bat file helps you automate this.

So the problem with the game is that it protects itself from running multiple instances by looking for processes named "League of Legends.exe" across all the system,
and that renaming and linking prevents it from finding them.

Works for me now!!!

Every time when you start client (NOT GAME), client removes you symlink and creates new "League of Legends.exe".

So, you need start lol client and log in.
Then rename "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game\League of Legends.exe" to "anything else.exe" or just remove "League of Legends.exe" if you already have renamed copy.
and create new symlink by "Csharper" instruction (his message - Sun Apr 07, 2019 12:57 pm)

Then do same things on second workspace.

Sorry for english. I'm not native speaker(

Every time after update u must delete 2nd "League of Legends" and "Riot Client" folders and make copies again.

and i make little bat file for creating symlinks.

save this text (with changing your game path) like .bat

cd "C:\Games\Riot Games\League of Legends\Game"
del "33333.exe"
move "League Of Legends.exe" "33333.exe"
mklink "League Of Legends.exe" 33333.exe

cd "C:\Games\Riot Games2\League of Legends\Game"
del "33333.exe"
move "League Of Legends.exe" "33333.exe"
mklink "League Of Legends.exe" 33333.exe
