I have 2 copy of GTA 5 (Epic version). I tried to launch 2 account on 2 different workplace but when I do that I can only run 1 GTA and the second one always say: "Failed to connect to the Rockstar Games Library Service.". Can someone help me with that, please help me.

You’re running into a limitation that a lot of people hit with Epic Games + Rockstar Launcher + GTA V: even if you own two copies, Rockstar’s services don’t like launching two instances at the same time, especially on the same network or same machine family.

The reason you are encountering the "Failed to connect to the Rockstar Games Library Service" error is because Windows only allows one instance of the Rockstar Games Launcher background service (RockstarService.exe) to run at the same time on a single operating system
