Software HyperX não funciona corretamente com ASTER ativado​

Olá,​

Estou enfrentando um problema ao utilizar o ASTER com meu headset HyperX Cloud II Wireless. Quando inicio o ASTER, consigo ouvir o áudio normalmente pelo fone de ouvido, mas o software de gerenciamento da HyperX, não reconhece o dispositivo. Isso impede que eu ajuste configurações como equalização, iluminação RGB e outros recursos oferecidos pelo software.​

The HyperX NGENUITY software typically only works properly within the main Windows session. If you are trying to manage the headset on a second station created by ASTER, NGENUITY may not be able to access the hardware directly.

Try installing and using NGENUITY only in the main session (first ASTER user).

Make any desired adjustments (balance, lighting, etc.) before starting ASTER.

The settings should be saved on the headset itself and persist even in another session (depending on the model).
