Special Settings: All GPU Access

What is the Special Settings named "AllGPUAccess"?
What it do? and how to disable it?

AllGPUAccess allows workplaces to access all gpu available on your system
This only applies if you have more than one GPU in your system

If you only have 1 GPU and you applied this special settings, there wont be any affect to workplaces.
