How to Disable or Block Access to Internet for A Specific User in Windows 10?

You can click Add under Security Filtering after choosing the No Internet group policy under your domain.
Locate the user using the Advanced dialog, then choose them by selecting OK.
Click OK.
Force the policy to update if the user is currently logged in.
