Keyboard writes wrong letters
Keyboard writes wrong letters
I have been using Aster since 2016 and am very pleased with the software.
However, since a few weeks back I have had this weird problem with my keyboards.
I have 2 workplaces with the peripherals connected through USB. When I use only one workplace at a time, the keyboard works fine, but when I want to use 2 workplaces simultaneously, one of the keyboards starts to write the wrong letters and the other one works fine.
The keyboard from one workplace does not control the second workplace but it's writing the wrong letters.
If I press ALT+TAB the keyboard resets and works properly until i use the other keyboard.
I have tried reinstalling ASTER, switching the USBs, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and using a wireless keyboard but to no avail.
Thanks!

Do you use ESET antivirus?

Try disabling the "keyboard protection" option in the "Bank card protection" section and reboot PC

PLease consider to switch the USB ports for each keyboard to see if this resolves the issue. It's possible that there may be a problem with the USB port.
