Is aster still up and running? I have been away from aster for a few years and trying to get back into it. I have a new PC and have been trying to deactivate my old license to use on the new one but I don't hear anything back. They used to be really good about responding.

Just send a request to technical support with a request to deactivate your key.

Yeah, I tried submitting the request. It has been about 2 weeks and no response.

Sometimes responses end up in spam or are filtered out by a spam filter.
