run application from terminal 1 to terminal 2

Hi, im trying to ultravnc just only on terminal 2 automatically when windows starts. As ive heard that is not possible, is there any way i can run ultravnc instance on terminal 2(from terminal 1??) without being phisically connected to terminal 2?

I honestly don't understand your idea.
VNC is compatible with ASTER, but explain in more detail what the problem is.
