I need to buy 12 pc setup, my requirement is opening chrome tabs on all pc. But all users should get different IP address. is that possible

Yes, you can, but you don't have to. I have used it and it works well. The manual covers this in detail...

That being said, I had problems with it and some locally hosted application/services. It caused problems for Plex as an example.

Before buying equipment for a large number of locations, I would advise you to first test the operation of the programs you will be using. on any available PC for at least 2 workstations. And have you already figured out how you will connect all the equipment?

Why do you need to have different IPs? Should these be local or white IPs?
