Logitech Keyboard and mouse

Post by Kraz » Tue Dec 08, 2015 11:07 am

i cant get the programs for logitech keyboards and mouse to work in aster. The mouse and keyboard work as a basic keyboard and mouse but the program that assigns functions to buttons on the mouse and on the keyboard cant see that it is connected in the aster workstation. how can this be resolved?

I have a similar problem, the gestures on the logitech mouse assigned to workstation #2, happen on #1, even though normal point/click works on #2 as it should. Aster 7 2.1, windows 10x64

Not just to resurrect the post but I have the same problem, I have 2 identical Logitech mouses and the back/ forward buttons on any of the mouses operate the both terminals, other than that it works just fine.
Did anyone of you found a solution? Any help truly apreciated

Same problem here, I have two sets of Logitech M720 + K850, both connected with their own receiver and workstation 2 cannot use back, forward, and middle mouse buttons.

I've tried different things like pairing using Bluetooth instead of the receiver and assigning the whole USB hub to workstation 2 but nothing changed.

Also, by using workstation 2 set on workstation 1 everything goes smoothly.

Windows 10 with Aster 2.26.3

Not exactly Logitech, but my wife's Steelseries keyboard does not detect unless I have her USB ports (on the motherboard) plugged in a very specific way. My Steelseries USB headset has to be on an entirely different USB controller than hers (as well as my keyboard).

I know lots of motherboards do not have the luxury of having separate controllers available to plug hubs into.

Issue #2 specifically with Logitech software, is the buttons are mapped to exactly the same thing in the software. Even if you were to run both workstation's logitech software in Sandboxes to try and isolate them, it would be difficult to isolate the software's communication with the receivers.

I have two logitech g600s and have the same issue. Software on my side shows both mice and hers shows she doesn't have anything. Her mouse / mouse clicks work fine on her side but any of the extra keys she uses gets used on my side. Tried that fix and nothing changed.
