Ask about study experience at the Institute of International Business and Economics (IBIK)

Post by exceptclay » Wed Apr 16, 2025 5:29 am

Hello everyone,
I am learning about the study program at IBIK, especially the majors related to international business and management. I would like to ask those who have studied here about the quality of teaching, learning methods, as well as internship and job opportunities after graduation. In addition, what is the learning and living environment like at the school, is there support for international students? If anyone has experience or practical advice, I would love to share more so that I can have a more specific view before registering. Thank you very much everyone!

Considering IBIK's international business program: how's the teaching quality, internship access, and post-grad job prospects? What's the learning environment like, especially for international students? I crave insights on campus life and support systems.

I graduated from IBIK's International Business program last year. The curriculum is quite practical with many case studies from multinational corporations. Many professors have industry experience, so the knowledge is very applicable.

About internship opportunities: The school has strong partnerships with major companies (Unilever, Samsung, etc.). I got a paid internship in my 3rd year. After graduation, about 70% of my classmates got jobs immediately.

International environment: There's a dedicated international student office that helps with everything from visas to housing. If you need more specific info about scholarships or particular courses, feel free to ask!

I’m not a student at IBIK, but I’ve looked into their international business program before. From what I gathered, the curriculum seems focused on practical skills and global perspectives, which is a plus. I’ve heard some students mention that internships are often available through partnerships with local companies, though it’s good to check how actively the school supports placement. Hopefully someone with firsthand experience can share more, especially about the teaching quality and campus life. It’s great that you’re doing your research good luck with your decision.
