how to change refrest rate

Successfully set up another workstation, once I start aster multiseat, everything loads fine but I cannot change the refresh rate of the second monitor. It is stuck at 60hz but it supports 200hz.

Using 5070 ti and monitor is connected with displayport. Can anyone let me know how to fix it please?
